Ulvaria uses secure, straightforward payment processing. Below you will find the accepted payment method, how charges appear, and what to do if you need help with a payment.
Accepted payment method
Payment is processed through Payment. This is the only payment method currently available at checkout for orders shipped within the United States.
Secure checkout
Your payment details are entered on the checkout page and handled by the payment provider. Ulvaria does not store full card numbers or security codes.
What appears on your statement
Charges are submitted under the name associated with Payment processing. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us before disputing it so we can help identify the order.
Payment timing: Your payment method is authorized when you place the order. The charge is finalized once the order is confirmed for fulfillment.
Order totals and shipping
Your order total includes the product prices shown at checkout plus the shipping cost for your selected delivery method. Shipping is provided by DHL with an estimated delivery window of 1 to 3 business days.
Standard shipping is $4.53. Orders with a merchandise total above $56.89 qualify for free shipping.
